电流注入式直流断路器的仿真与试验研究

摘要:

为了解决常规电流注入式直流断路器额定开断电流冲击与小电流开断时间长问题,在其两端并联IGCT支路实现额定电流开断,并通过强迫换流实现短路电流开断。针对60 kA短路开断过程中出现的快速真空开关二次过零现象,分析了快速真空开关燃弧电流的过零速率与过零时刻开距对过零截止的影响,在此基础上提出了改进措施,并通过仿真及试验验证了措施的有效性及实际应用的可行性。

Abstract:

In order to solve the rated breaking current impact and long breaking time of small current of the conventional current injection type DC circuit breaker,IGCT branch is connected in parallel at both ends of the current injection DC circuit breaker to achieve rated current breaking,and through forced commutation to achieve short-circuit current breaking.Aiming at the secondary zero-crossing phenomenon of the fast vacuum switch during the 60 kA short circuit breaking process,the influence of the zero-crossing rate of the arcing current and the distance at the zero-crossing time of the fast vacuum switch on the zero-crossing cut-off is analyzed,on this basis,improvement measures are proposed.The effectiveness of the measures and the feasibility of practical application are verified through simulation and experiments.
