储能参与电网调压与动态无功支撑的协调控制策略

Coordination Control Strategy of Energy Storage Participating in Grid Voltage Regulation and Dynamic Reactive Power Support

摘要:

为拓展电池储能电站的应用空间,提升电网电压调节能力,提出储能应用于电网调压与动态无功支撑的协调控制策略。基于对储能功率转换系统的有功-无功(PQ)控制模式,以电网电压稳定条件为约束,以快速、精确地给电网提供无功支撑为目标,提出基础无功控制策略;构建电压状态感知指标用于精确描述当前电网运行状态,进而对电网状态进行识别并提出协调无功控制策略。仿真验证表明,所提策略可靠性高,储能在参与辅助常规调压与动态无功支撑两方面都能发挥其快速响应优势,对电网电压具有显著改善效果。

Abstract:

In order to expand the application space of battery energy storage power stations and improve the power grid voltage regulation capability,a coordinated control strategy for energy storage applied to grid voltage regulation and dynamic reactive power support was proposed.Based on the active-reactive power(PQ) control mode of the energy storage power conversion system,the grid voltage stability condition is taken as the constraint,and the goal is to provide reactive power support to the grid quickly and accurately.A basic reactive power control strategy is proposed.Based on it,the voltage state perception index is constructed to accurately describe the current grid operation state,and then identify the grid state and propose a coordinated reactive power control strategy.The simulation verification shows that the proposed strategy is highly reliable,and energy storage can play its rapid response advantages in both auxiliary conventional voltage regulation and dynamic reactive power support,and has a significant improvement effect on the grid voltage.
