提升暂态电压稳定控制的储能建模与调压控制策略研究

摘要:

为有效解决特高压直流双极闭锁和新能源出力随机性可能导致主网暂态稳定水平、配网供电可靠性降低的问题。首先,基于电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP),利用用户自定义模块对提升电网暂态电压稳定控制的储能系统建模;其次,提出一种储能电站与电容/电抗器联合调压控制策略,有效提高系统调压能力。最后,结果表明,相比调相机在相同地点接入等容量储能,电压恢复速度更快,有效提升了电网暂态调压水平。

Abstract:

In order to effectively solve the problem that the UHV DC bipolar lock and the randomness of new energy output may lead to a decrease of the transient stability level of the main network and the reliability of the distribution network power supply.Firstly,based on the power system analysis software package (PSASP),a user defined module is used to model the energy storage system to improve the transient voltage stability control of power grid.Secondly,a joint voltage regulation control strategy for energy storage power station and capacitor/reactor is proposed to effectively improve the voltage regulation capability of the system.Finally,the results show that compared with the condenser the voltage recovery speed of energy storage with equal capacity connected at the same location is faster.The power grid transient voltage regulation level is effectively improved.
