摘要:

针对风电场电能质量评估中权重分配与评估准确性问题,提出了一种基于改进相对强度熵法的风电场电能质量评价方法,修正了传统相对强度熵法在熵值接近于1时,熵权分布存在的不合理情况。将相对强度熵法与层次分析法(AHP)扩展标度法相结合来计算指标权重,从而提高了权重的准确性,修正了熵权分配不合理问题。采用总偏差值最小的优化组合模型对指标和权重进行评估,实现了综合评估风电场的电能质量。算例分析结果表明,所提方法是可靠和合理的,可以对电能质量进行充分评估。

Abstract:

A wind farm power quality evaluation method based on improved relative intensity entropy method is proposed to address the issue of weight allocation and accuracy in wind farm power quality evaluation. This corrects the unreasonable distribution of entropy weight when the traditional relative intensity entropy method approaches 1.The combination of relative intensity entropy method and analytic hierachy process (AHP) extended scaling method to calculate indicator weights improves the accuracy of weights and corrects the problem of unreasonable entropy weight allocation. The optimized combination model with the minimum total deviation value was used to evaluate the indicators and weights. The comprehensive evaluation of the power quality of wind farms was achieved. The analysis results of the example show that the proposed method is reliable and reasonable to evaluate the power quality.
