基于模糊理论的航空蓄电池故障评估研究

摘要:

为研究评估航空蓄电池故障发生原因,采用模糊理论,通过层次分析法建立故障征兆因素集合和故障原因评估集,确定故障征兆向量,建立了一级模糊评判矩阵和二级模糊评判矩阵。利用故障因素九标度矩阵表进行矩阵的一致性检验,确立故障因素集中一级因素权重和二级因素权重。按照隶属度大小对故障原因进行依次排查,从而验证了模糊评判模型的可行性和有效性,最后得出故障原因集发生的可能性大小排序。

Abstract:

In order to study and evaluate the cause of aviation battery fault,the fuzzy theory is used to establish the set of fault symptom factors and the set of fault cause evaluation through the analytic hierarchy process.The fault symptom vector is determined.The primary level fuzzy evaluation matrix and the secondary level fuzzy evaluation matrix are defined.The consistency of the matrix is checked by the nine-scale matrix table of fault factors.The primary and secondary factor weights of the fault factor concentration are established.The feasibility and effectiveness of the fuzzy evaluation model are verified by investigating the fault causes in order according to the size of the membership degree.Finally,the order of occurrence probability of fault causes is obtained.
