摘要:

综合能源系统能够实现多能源耦合利用,满足用户多样化用能需求,对其进行技术性评价有助于提高系统供能能力。首先以系统供能与运行能力为评价目的,针对综合能源系统的特点,从能效、可靠性和安全性等角度建立技术评价指标体系;接着给出评价指标的量化方式;最后,以园区综合能源系统为应用案例,采用层次分析法对其进行技术性评价演示。

Abstract:

The integrated energy system (IES) can realize the coupled utilization of multiple energy sources and meet the diversified energy demand of users.Technical evaluation of IES can help improve its energy supply capacity.First,the system energy supply and operation capability was taken as the evaluation purpose of this article,and a technical evaluation index system was established from the perspectives of energy efficiency,reliability and safety according to the characteristics of IES.Then the quantitative methods for the evaluation indices were given.Finally,taking the park-level integrated energy system as a case,the analytic hierarchy process was used to demonstrate the technical evaluation.
