摘要:

针对储能电池管理系统的普适性需求,提出了一种普适性高实时同步采集电池管理系统。介绍了所提系统高实时同步采集方案设计,并从地址自适应设计、全通道温度采集设计、普适性电流采样设计、低功耗运行模式设计4个方面阐述了系统普适性设计。结合理论分析与实验测试数据,验证了设计方案的可行性。所提系统可普适于不同厂家的电池模组,并通过实际运行获得了系统运行完整的电芯数据曲线,验证了系统可实施性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the universal requirement of energy storage battery management system, a universal and real-time synchronous acquisition battery management system is proposed. The design of highly real-time synchronous acquisition scheme of the proposed system is introduced. The universal design of the system is expounded from four aspects: address adaptive design, all-channel temperature acquisition design, universal current sampling design and low power consumption operation mode design. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by the theoretical analysis and experimental test data. The proposed battery management system can be widely applied to battery modules of different manufacturers. Through the actual operation, the complete battery cell data curves of the system are obtained and the feasibility of the system is verified.
