能量回馈型变电站蓄电池组活化系统

摘要:

蓄电池组是变电站直流系统重要的后备电源,定期活化是对蓄电池组进行容量检测、发现落后电池的有效手段。针对传统蓄电池活化装置是将蓄电池组放出的能量通过电阻消耗掉,存在能源浪费及火灾隐患,设计了一套带能量回馈型变电站蓄电池组活化系统。系统由DC/AC并网变流器、DC/DC变流器、监控和电池检测装置组成,可设定蓄电池组恒流放电电流,并实现蓄电池组能量回馈电网和交流侧高功率因数。对系统的工作原理进行分析,最终对实验样机进行功能验证。

Abstract:

As the backup power supply of transformer substation DC system,the regular activation is an effective means to detect the capacity of the battery pack and find out the backward battery.In view of the fact that the traditional battery activation device consumes the energy released by the battery through the resistance,which has energy waste and potential fire hazards,a set of energy feedback activation system of the transformer substation battery pack is designed.The system includes the DC/AC grid connected converter,DC/DC converter,the monitoring and battery detection device,which can realize the energy feedback of the battery pack to the power grid and the AC side high power factor.The working principle is analyzed,and finally the function of the experimental prototype is verified.
