小型断路器磁脱扣优化仿真分析及实验研究

摘要:

小型断路器一般通过磁脱扣来进行短路保护,优化电磁吸力对小型断路器的设计具有至关重要的作用。利用Creo软件建立了磁脱扣器模型,并设计了4种不同结构的动铁心模型以及5种不同结构的轭铁模型,利用有限元软件Ansys对原始模型和优化模型进行了仿真分析,得到了不同结构、不同电流、不同工作间隙时动铁心的电磁吸力和归一加速度。分析结果显示,当动铁心削减体积不大时或者缩短轭铁长度和增大轭铁厚度时,有助于脱扣动作准确快速地执行。最后,对3种断路器进行了瞬时脱扣实验,实验结果和仿真结果相吻合,验证了仿真结果的正确性。

Abstract:

Miniature circuit breakers are generally short-circuit protected by magnetic tripping.Optimizing electromagnetic suction plays an important role in the design of miniature circuit breaker.The magnetic release model is established by using Creo software,and four kinds of moving iron core models with different structures and five kinds of yoke models with different structures are designed.The original model and optimization model are simulated and analyzed by using finite element software Ansys,and the electromagnetic suction and normalized acceleration of the moving iron core with different structures,different currents and different working clearances are obtained.The analysis results show that when the reduction volume of the moving iron core is small,or when the yoke length is shortened and the yoke thickness is increased,it is helpful to carry out the tripping action accurately and quickly.Finally,the instantaneous tripping experiments of three kinds of circuit breakers are carried out,and the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the correctness of the simulation results.
