高压直流继电器双线圈涡流斥力机构仿真优化设计

Simulation and Optimization Design of Eddy Current Repulsion Mechanism with Double Coil for HVDC Relay

摘要:

采用双线圈涡流斥力机构取代传统电磁机构,提高触头分断速度,减小电弧侵蚀,同时减小闭合弹跳。对双线圈涡流斥力机构进行仿真优化设计,为设计新型高压直流继电器提供基础。利用解析法分析涡流斥力机构参数对动态特性的影响,利用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立涡流斥力机构二维数学模型,与MATLAB软件结合进行联合仿真,将布谷鸟算法引入优化设计中,得到涡流斥力机构的最优参数,优化后的涡流斥力机构具有更好的动态性能。

Abstract:

The eddy repulsion mechanism with double coil was used to replace the traditional electromagnetic mechanism to improve the breaking speed of the contact,decrease the arc erosion,and reduce the contact bounce during closing at the same time.The optimal design of eddy current repulsion mechanism with double coil will provide the basis for the design of a new kind of HVDC relay.The influence of eddy current repulsion mechanism parameters on dynamic characteristics was analyzed by analytical method.On this basis,Ansoft Maxwell software was used to establish two-dimensional mathematical model of eddy current repulsion mechanism,combining with MATLAB software for the joint simulation.The cuckoo algorithm was introduced into the optimal design to obtain the optimal parameters of eddy current repulsion mechanism,and the optimized eddy current repulsion mechanism has better dynamic performance.
