电磁继电器触点闭合回跳现象的实验研究

摘要: 触点闭合回跳行为与电磁继电器的动态响应特性、电寿命直接相关。首先对触点闭合回跳行为的物理模型进行了描述,再通过实验装置分别研究了磁间隙、触点开距和负载电压对回跳时间、回跳高度、回跳次数的影响。所得结论可为电磁继电器的优化设计和熔焊失效分析提供参考。

Abstract: The behavior of contact closure bounce is directly related to the dynamic response characteristics and electrical life of the electromagnetic relay.In this article,the physical model of the contact closure bounce behavior is introduced firstly.Secondly,the effects of magnetic gap,contact gap and load voltage on bounce duration,bounce height and bounce times are investigated experimentally.The conclusions can provide reference for the optimization design of electromagnetic relay and the failure analysis of dynamic contact welding.
