Multi-Energy Storage Power Station Planning Method Based on Overload Ratio of Main Transformer

摘要:

为有效缓解电网中主变压器重载和调峰压力,提出一种以主变压器重载率为约束的多储能电站规划方法。所提方法满足系统运行约束,同时面向储能电站运营周期,构建一种以经济效益和动态全寿命周期成本的净效益(NPV)最大为优化目标,进而实现储能电站安装位置、容量及数量的优化,并采用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解。最后,以某示范工程为例,采用所提规划方法进行多储能电站规划。仿真结果表明,能有效降低峰谷差率和主变压器重载率,提高系统稳定运行能力。

Abstract:

To effectively relieve the overload and peak regulation pressure of the main transformer in the power grid.A planning method of the multi-energy storage power station is proposed,which is constrained by the heavy load ratio of the main transformer.While satisfying the operating constraints of the system,this method builds an optimization objective of maximizing the net present value (NPV) of economic benefit and dynamic life cycle cost for the operating cycle of the energy storage power station to optimize the installation location and capacity of the energy storage power station as well as the installation number.The improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,taking a demonstration project as an example,this planning method is used to plan multiple energy storage power stations.The simulation results show that this planning method can effectively reduce the peak-valley error rate and the overload rate of the main transformer,and improve the stable operation ability of the system.
