交流接触器电磁特性分析

摘要:

交流接触器在轨道交通铁路领域应用广泛,其主触头频繁吸合而导致电寿命往往低于机械寿命,故有效地分析不同工况下接触器的电磁特性是其故障分析及寿命预测的前提。接触器控制线圈电压对其工作性能有较大的影响,基于有限元软件建立了电磁特性仿真模型并进行了分析,给出了线圈吸合相角及电压幅值对接触器电磁性能的影响。结合ADAMS软件联合仿真,分析了碰撞力及穿透深度等动态特性,给出了接触器触头的振动现象分析结果。所得仿真结果为接触器的故障原因分析提供了基础。

Abstract:

AC contactors are widely used in the field of rail transit and railways.The main contacts of the contactors are frequently closed,resulting in that their electrical life is often lower than the mechanical life.Effectively analyzing the electromagnetic characteristics of the contactor under different working conditions is the premise of its failure analysis and life prediction.The voltage of the coil controlled by the contactor has a great influence on its working performance.Based on the finite element software,a simulation model of electromagnetic characteristics was established and analyzed.The influence of the coil pull-in phase angle and voltage amplitude on the electromagnetic performance of the contactor was given.Combined with ADAMS software co-simulation,the dynamic characteristics of impact force and penetration depth are analyzed,and the analysis results of the vibration phenomenon of the contact of the contactor are given.The simulation and result analysis in this paper provide a basis for the analysis of the contactor failure cause.
