摘要:

热双金属片的设计是涉及电热、热变形及机械传动等多物理场耦合的多学科问题。以某型号小型断路器为例,重点介绍借助虚拟仿真技术手段,进行热双金属片仿真设计,并进行试验验证。

Abstract:

Thermal overload protection is an important function of low voltage apparatus.With the simple structure and reliable operation thermal bimetal is used for this function.The design of thermal bimetal is a multi-disciplinary problem involving electrical,thermal,mechanical and so on.This paper takes a certain type of miniature circuit breaker as an example to introduce the method for simulation and design of thermal bimetal.And experimental verification is carried out.
