光储直流微电网控制器硬件在环仿真平台开发*

Development of Controller Hardware in Loop Simulation Platform for Photovoltaic and Energy Storage DC Micro-Grid

摘要: 基于RT-LAB控制器硬件在环仿真技术,提出了一种多控制器硬件在环的光伏直流微电网仿真平台开发方案。在半实物仿真平台基础上,基于电感线性离散化方案,将快速模型与慢速模型分别置于FPGA和CPU模型进行计算,建立了包含光伏阵列模型、储能电池模型、DC/DC变换器模型、电网接口装置模型的多时间尺度半实物仿真模型;构建3套真实控制器与RT-LAB仿真器的物理接口电路,实现物理I/O接口的信号对接。通过所建平台模型和物理接口电路对微电网系统进行相关试验,试验结果能充分反映被测系统真实运行特性,验证了所建平台的正确性。

Abstract: Based on the controller hardware in loop simulation technology of RT-LAB,a development scheme of photovoltaic DC micro grid simulation platform with multi controller hardware in loop was proposed.Based on FPGA simulation and EHS modeling technology,a multi time scale hardware in loop simulation model including photovoltaic array model,energy storage battery model,DC/DC converter model and power grid interface device model was established.Three sets of physical interface circuits between real controller and RT-LAB simulator were constructed to realize the signal docking of physical I/O interface.The platform model and physical interface circuit were used to test the micro grid system.The results can fully reflect the real operation characteristics of the tested system and verify the correctness of the platform.
