摘要:

群控充电系统具有动态功率分配功能,可以大大提高充电设备中充电模块的利用率,适应多场景的充电需求,但现有群控充电系统由于大量功率切换器件的使用而成本增加,使其缺乏市场优势,提出一种基于虚拟矩阵的电动汽车群控充电系统设计方法。以160 kW群控充电系统为例,对其系统原理、功率切换逻辑、控制流程、配置方案等进行了详细研究。可满足客户对充电功能与功率的需求,同时极大地降低了充电机硬件成本,且可根据客户需求进行个性化配置。试制了1台样机,验证了设计方案的有效性。

Abstract:

The group controlled charging system has the function of dynamic power distribution,which can greatly improve the utilization rate of charging modules in equipment and adapt to charging demands of multiple scenes.However,the existing group controlled charging system increases costs due to the use of a large number of power switching devices,which makes it lack of market advantages.This paper proposes a virtual matrix design method for the group control charging system.Taking the 160 kW group control charging system as an example,the system principle,power switch logic,control flow and configuration scheme are studied in detail.At the same time of meeting customers’ demand for charging function and power,the hardware cost of the charger is greatly reduced.And personalized configuration can be carried out according to customers’ demand,which is of great significance to the market promotion of the group controlled charger.A prototype is trial-produced,and the effectiveness of the design scheme is verified.
