摘要:

基于移相控制的双有源桥DC/DC变换器在功率传输过程中,移相角或负载瞬变造成电感电流与变压器励磁电流产生瞬态直流偏置,导致开关器件电流应力增大以及引起变压器的磁饱和问题。传统单移相控制以50%占空比的方波信号对一次侧、二次侧H桥对角侧的开关同时操作。为解决直流偏置问题,通过分析直流偏置的产生原理得到抑制直流偏置各个开关动作需要满足的条件,提出一种新的开关独立控制方法,实现在半个开关周期内达到新的稳态并抑制直流偏置。采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了所提出控制方法的可行性。

Abstract:

During the power transmission process of the dual-active-bridge DC-DC converter based on phase shift control,when the phase shift angle or load transient causes the inductor current and the transformer excitation current to generate a transient DC bias,which causes current stress in the switching device increase and the problem of transformer magnetic saturation.The traditional single-phase-shift control uses a 50% duty cycle square wave signal to operate the switches on the diagonal side of the primary and secondary H bridges simultaneously.In this paper,by analyzing the generation principle of the DC bias it can achieve the needful switching action to eliminated the problem of DC bias.A new switch independent (SID) control method is proposed to achieve a new steady state and eliminate DC bias within half a switching cycle.The simulation of MATLAB/Simulink verifies the feasibility of the proposed control method.
