摘要:

电网合环操作对于实施定期检修和优化系统运行都具有重要作用。为了在电网相位差或压差过大等不具备合环条件的场合,实现不停电倒负荷、减少停电次数并降低对负荷的不良影响,提出利用储能系统提供过渡电能的方案,达到了保证电网供电连续性的目的,并实现了电网电压和频率调节,为进行不停电合环倒电操作提供了条件。研究了应用于电网合环的蓄电池储能系统拓扑结构,建立了储能系统的数学模型,形成多种工作模式的控制策略,并进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明了所提技术方案的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:

Grid loop closing operations are widely used in power systems,which can make it possible to do the power-grid maintenances and optimize the power system.However,the phases,frequencies and magnitudes of different power lines are not the same.As a result,the grid loop closing operation might cause accidents such as over current, which can lower the reliability of the system and deteriorate the stability.Moreover,in some cases,the grid loop closing operation is not reasonable because the voltages vary too much,which will lead to a power failure inevitably.In order to make the grid loop closing operation successful and improve the quality of the power supply,this paper proposed a topology based on the battery energy storage systems,which can provide power to the loads in the transient state.The model of the topology was established and the working schemes were analyzed.A control strategy in different stages was formed.The simulation results validate the proposed topology and schemes.
