摘要: 随着新能源高比例渗透和特高压电网的快速发展,带来的系统波动等电网安全问题日益严重,电网需要构建高比例、泛在化、可广域协同的储能形态。因此,针对储能在电网侧应用的技术研究意义重大,分析了电网侧储能的需求,以及国内外关于电网侧储能的政策、态度,对我国电网侧储能给出相应的建议和展望。

Abstract: With the high penetration of new energy sources and the rapid development of UHV power grids,grid security issues such as system fluctuations are becoming increasingly serious.The grid needs to build a high-proportion,ubiquitous,and wide-area collaborative energy storage form.Therefore,the technical research on the application of energy storage on the grid side is of great significance.The demand for grid-side energy storage domestic and foreign policies and attitudes on grid-side energy storage were analyzed.It provides suggestions and prospects for solving such problems in the future.
