储能系统参与电力系统调频经济性评估研究*

Economy Evaluation of Energy Storage System Participating in Power System Frequency Modulation

摘要: 针对储能系统参与电力系统调频的经济性开展评估,与常规机组对比分析储能系统高效性,提出了储能系统经济评估模型、经济最优的容量优化配置、储能系统参与电力调频的经济性评估方法、采用雨流计数法的储能系统等效寿命评估方法以及储能系统与常规调频电源的高效性对比方法,从多角度验证了储能系统与参与电力系统一次调频的高效性。

Abstract: Based on the energy storage system involved in the economic evaluation of power frequency modulation (FM),the efficiency comparison between energy storage system and conventional units was made.This paper proposed an economic evaluation model of energy storage systems,optimal allocation of economic optimum capacity,economy evaluation method of energy storage systems in power frequency modulation,the energy storage system equivalent life calculation method based on the rain flow count method as well as the energy storage system with conventional FM power supply efficiency comparison method.From the multiple perspectives,the high efficiency of the energy storage system participating in electric power primary frequency control was verified.
