用户侧储能对电网的影响及经济性分析

摘要: 用户侧储能技术能够有效解决可再生能源的大规模接入问题,是实现电力削峰填谷的重要途径。有必要深入研究用户侧储能对电网的影响和经济性,从而能够趋利避害地应对用户侧储能投资、发展和建设布局。从多方面对用户侧储能给电网和电力市场带来的影响进行了分析,并对其发展提出了建议。用户侧储能发展的动力在于其经济性,然而目前用户侧储能的经济性分析一般聚焦于其整体经济性,未针对不同的用户类型进行针对性分析。通过对不同类型典型用户的用电负荷进行分析,研究不同类型用户配置储能的经济性和潜力。

Abstract: User-side energy storage technology can effectively solve the problem of large-scale access to renewable energy,and is an important way to achieve power peak clipping and valley filling.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the impact and economics of user-side energy storage on the power grid,so as to be able to deal with user-side energy storage investment,development,and construction layout.The impact of user-side energy storage on the power grid and power market from various aspects was analyzed.The recommendations for the development of user-side energy storage were made.The driving force of user-side energy storage development lies in its economics.However,the current economic analysis of user-side energy storage generally focuses on its overall economics,and no targeted analysis is performed for different types of users.The power consumption of different types of typical users were analyzed to study the economics and potential of different types of users to configure energy storage.
