摘要:

变电站数字化转型是新型电力系统建设的必然趋势。从宏观角度整体阐述变电站数字化系统的建设方案。首先,在基础层,汇集现有站内在线监测数据及新增传感器采集数据,建立数据资源池;在传输层,搭建融合宽、窄带及定位信息的统一数据传输网络,同时对所有数据进行规则化治理,构建设备与遥信、遥测、遥脉、告警信息的关联关系,以供上层应用调取;在应用层,针对站内运维、检修业务,建立智能化运维和精益化检修平台,促进日常运检业务的人工替代。然后,针对站内重点设备搭建智能诊断平台,实现对设备状态的诊断和故障分析,进而实现对设备全寿命周期的管理。最后,在管控层,打通向上信息汇集和向下现场管控的通路,提高对作业现场的管控能力。最终建成一套实用、有效的变电站数字化系统,为今后变电站的数字化转型建设提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

The digital transformation of substations is an inevitable trend in the construction of new power systems. The construction scheme of the substation digital system is described from the macro perspective. First, the existing online monitoring data and the data collected by the newly added sensors in the station are collected to establish a data resource pool at the basic layer. At the transmission layer, a unified data transmission network integrating broadband, narrowband and positioning information is built. At the same time, all data are governed in a regular manner to build the relationship between equipment and telesignaling, telemetry, telepulse and alarm information for the upper-layer application retrieval. At the application layer, for the operation and maintenance and overhaul business in the station, an intelligent operation and maintenance and lean overhauling platform is established to promote the manual substitution of daily operation and maintenance business. In addition, an intelligent diagnosis platform is built for the key equipment in the station to achieve the diagnosis and fault analysis of equipment status, and further realize the management of the entire life cycle of the equipment. Finally, at the examine and control layer, the channels for upward information collection and downward on-site management and control is unblocked to improve the examine and control ability of the operation site. Eventually, a practical and effective substation digital system is built, which provides a useful reference for the digital transformation construction of substations in the future.
