摘要:

针对小型断路器企业数字化转型遇到的实时数据采集的瓶颈问题以及实际的需求,结合具有高通信协议兼容性、高并发、高效率、高稳定性等特点的EasyStudio中间件业务处理平台,提出并实现了具有通信协议可灵活转换、易操作、软硬件双向交互、扩展性及可移植性强、产品生产数据可追溯等特点的基于中间件的小型断路器数字化车间数据采集及控制系统。根据系统在工业现场获取到的生产数据的情况,表明系统能够实现车间生产数据的实时、准确、全面的采集、转发和存储,以及在数据异常的情况下对相应的硬件控制器进行反向控制。数据采集系统为生产车间的数字化、智能化提供了强有力的数据支持及可视化交互接口。

Abstract:

In order to satisfy the actual demand of real-time data collection during digital transition for miniature circuit breaker (MCB) companies,the EasyStudio middleware processing platform which is of high-concurrency,high efficiency,high stability is used.A middleware based data acquisition and control system for the MCB digital workshop is proposed and implemented.The system achieves high communication protocol compatibility,easy operation,duplex interaction,strong extensibility and portability,and traceability for product data.According to the production data obtained by the system at the industrial site,it is proven that the system can achieve real-time,accurate and comprehensive acquisition,data storing and transmission.The system also achieves instruction assignment to specific hardware under certain circumstances.The system provides efficient data support and visual interaction interface for the digitization and intelligentization of the production workshop.
