线路区外故障电流互感器饱和导致差动保护误动作分析

摘要:

对互感器饱和原理进行分析,指出剩磁是造成互感器饱和的重要因素,其使互感器工作于非线性区间而引起饱和。对近期发生的一起220 kV同杆架设双回线中一条线路发生永久性故障,重合闸失败后引起另一回线CT饱和并导致线路保护误动作的案例进行分析,发现是由于故障线路两侧开关在重合闸过程中分合闸特性不一致,使得非故障线路有很大的穿越性非周期分量,造成线路一侧CT产生剩磁,致使其严重饱和,导致保护不正确动作。通过案例分析,介绍了相关的应对措施和处理办法,为后续类似事件的处理提供参考依据。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the principle of transformer saturation.Residual magnetism is an important factor behind the transformer saturation.With residual magnetism,the transformer is operated in non-linear regions and be saturated in turn.Then this paper analyzes a recent case.A permanent line error appeared in a 220 kV double-circuit.Another circuit CT was saturated and the line was mis-protected after the reclosing failure.Non-faulty lines were found to possess a large penetrating non-periodic component due to the inconsistent opening and closing characteristics of the switches on both sides of the line.As residual magnetism was produced on the CT of one side,the line was severely saturated and incorrect protection operation was taken.Through the analysis of this case,the relevant countermeasures and treatment methods are introduced,and a reference for the subsequent treatment of similar incidents are provided.
