摘要:

在真空接触器合闸状态下,对动触头冲击弹跳的运动过程进行了动力学分析,建立了理想状态下冲击弹跳时间的数学计算模型。根据设计、试验数据计算对比了最大的冲击弹跳时间值,验证了理论模型的有效性和准确性,并定量分析了相关自变量变化对冲击弹跳时间值的影响程度。

Abstract:

In this paper,the ideal mathematical calculation model of the impact bouncing time is established,based on the dynamic analysis of the impact bouncing process of the moving contact of the closing vacuum contactor.According to the design and test data,the maximum impact bouncing time is calculated and compared,which verifies the validity and accuracy of the theoretical model.The influence of the change of relevant independent variables to the impact bouncing time is analysed quantitatively.
