摘要:

针对智能接触器的特点,通过应用PWM信号控制开关管和电流闭环控制方案,实现对接触器线圈电流的动态实时数字化调节,使电磁机构工作在吸合、吸持、快速分断等不同的工作状态。分别介绍了智能控制模块的系统原理、系统构成,以及硬件和软件的实现。设计制作样机进行验证试验,达到了设计要求的各项功能参数。

Abstract:

In view of the characteristics of intelligent contactor required by the new era,the dynamic and real-time digital regulation of contactor coil current is realized by applying PWM signal control switch tube and current closed-loop control scheme.The electromagnetic mechanism works in different working states such as suction,holding,fast breaking,etc.The system principle,system structure and hardware and software realization of the intelligent control module are introduced respectively.The prototype was designed and made for verification test,and all functional parameters of the original design were achieved.
