Frequency Modulation Characteristics Analysis of Wind Power Virtual Synchronous Machine Based on Energy Storage

摘要:

基于虚拟同步机(VSG)技术的新能源电站是解决其转动惯量不足问题的有效办法。传统基于VSG的风电场在功率突增/突减时可平抑波动,使输出功率更为平滑,但缺少风电与储能配套的VSG控制。为此,对风电及储能的控制原理及数学模型进行推导,并搭建具有VSG的控制模型。最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真系统对风电机组与储能应对功率突增/突减的调频特性进行分析,结果表明本文所提控制方法对风电及储能的VSG控制能够有效抑制功率波动,具有良好的调频特性。

Abstract:

The new energy plant based on virtual synchronizer generator(VSG) is an effective way to solve the problem of insufficient moment of inertia.The traditional VSG based wind farm can suppress the fluctuation when the power suddenly increases/decreases,and make the output power more smooth,but it lacks the VSG control matched with wind power and energy storage.Therefore,the control principle and mathematical model of wind power and energy storage are deduced,and the control model with VSG is built.Finally,based on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation system,the frequency modulation characteristics of wind turbine and energy storage in response to sudden increase/decrease of power are analyzed.The results show that the proposed control method for VSG control of wind power and energy storage can effectively suppress power fluctuation and has good frequency modulation characteristics.
