基于支持向量机的配电网低电压预警方法

摘要: 针对配电网台区中电压相关的参数之间缺乏直接的函数关系,难以进行低电压预警的问题,提出一种基于支持向量机的配电网低电压预警方法。利用大量配电网台区与电压相关的数据作为训练样本集,采用支持向量机的方法在众多样本中寻找最优函数关系式,形成决策函数对配电网台区低压侧线路末端电压进行预测。采用某地区的配电网台区实际监测电压值与支持向量机的预测电压值进行对比,参数的预测值与实际监测值误差小,验证了基于向量机的配电网台区低电压预测方法的有效性和可实施性。

Abstract: Aiming at the lack of direct functional relationship between voltage-related parameters in the distribution network,it is difficult to scientifically carry out low voltage prediction.This paper proposed a low voltage prediction method based on support vector machine.The method uses a large number of distribution network voltage and voltage-related data as the training sample set,and uses the support vector machine method to find the optimal function relation in many samples,and forms a decision function to carry out the voltage prediction at the end of the low voltage side of the distribution network.The actual monitoring voltage of the distribution network in a certain area is compared with the predicted voltage of the support vector machine.The error between the predicted value of the parameter and the actual monitored value is small,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the low voltage prediction method based on vector machine in the distribution network.
