摘要:

剩余电流检测是保障低压直流配电系统安全运行的关键技术。针对传统单磁芯磁调制式剩余电流传感器精度低、抗干扰能力差等问题,提出一种基于双磁芯磁调制的剩余电流检测方法,并构建相应的仿真模型。通过卡尔曼滤波算法对双磁芯传感器的调制信号进行滤波解调,并将仿真结果与单磁芯方案进行对比分析。结果表明,所提检测方法具有偶次谐波增强、检测范围扩大和零点漂移抑制等优势,能为大电流场景下微小剩余电流信号检测提供有效的改进方案。

Abstract:

Residual current detection is a key technology to ensure the safe operation of low voltage DC distribution systems.Aiming at the traditional single-core magnetic modulation residual current sensor with low precision and poor anti-interference ability,a residual current detection method based on dual-core magnetic modulation is proposed,and the corresponding simulation model is constructed.The modulated signal of the dual-core sensor is filtered and demodulated by the Kalman filtering algorithm,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed with the single-core scheme.The results show that the detection method has the advantages of even harmonic enhancement,detection range expansion and zero drift suppression,which can provide the effective and improved scheme for the detection of tiny residual current signals in high-current scenarios.
