摘要:

随着新能源及充电汽车的快速发展,可调负荷在电力系统中作用越来越明显,以储能、分布式光伏为主的可调资源参与台区配电削峰填谷时,需采集并网点、变压器、新能源及负荷的信息,进行高级策略执行,信息的采集需要增加计量装置、电缆铺设,造成成本增加。所研制的能源融合装置采用物联网技术,采用智能量测开关进行信息采集,同时通过LoRa技术进行信息的传输,满足有功及无功的优化控制,实现削峰填谷、无功补偿、新能源消纳、电动汽车有序充电等多种功能,实现就地化的边缘计算,并通过实验进行验证。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of new energy and rechargeable vehicles,the role of adjustable load in the power system is becoming more and more obvious.When the adjustable resources mainly including energy storage and distributed photovoltaic participate in peak load shifting and valley filling of substation area distribution,it is necessary to collect the information of grid connection point,transformer,new energy and load,and carry out advanced strategy implementation.The information collections need to add metering devices and cable laying,which increases a lot cost.The energy fusion device developed in this paper adopts the Internet of things(IoT) technology,uses intelligent measurement switch to collect information,and transmits information through LoRa technology to meet the optimal control of active and reactive power,and realizes various functions such as peak shaving and valley filling,reactive power compensation,new energy consumption,orderly charging of electric vehicles etc.,and realizes localized edge calculation,which is verified by experiments.
