新能源场站并网点快速功率控制装置研制

摘要:

为最大限度利用新能源场站自身的一次调频能力,研制了适用于新能源场站并网运行的快速功率控制装置。首先介绍了装置的功能,提出了硬件及软件设计方案,然后分析研究了快速功率控制策略流程。装置支持IEC 103、Modbus TCP等多种通信规约,对逆变器的毫秒级控制可采用UDP协议或GOOSE通信,实现对光伏场站的快速功率调节。装置集成场站AGC功能设计,能够接收调度AGC系统的调节指令。试验结果表明,装置测频精度高达0.001 Hz,整组动作时间小于60 ms,显著提高了新能源快速功率调节响应速度。

Abstract:

In order to make full use of the primary frequency regulation capability of new energy stations,a fast power control device suitable for grid connected operation of new energy stations is developed.Firstly,the function of the device is introduced,the hardware and software design scheme is proposed,and then the fast power control strategy flow is analyzed.The device supports IEC 103,Modbus TCP and other communication protocols.UDP protocol or GOOSE communication can be used for millisecond level control of inverter to realize fast power regulation of photovoltaic station.The device integrates station AGC function design,and can receive the regulation instruction of dispatching AGC system.The test results show that the frequency measurement accuracy of the device is as high as 0.001 Hz.The whole set of action time is less than 60 ms.The response speed of new energy fast power regulation is significantly improved.
