摘要:

接触网与受电弓系统是连接牵引供电回路中的关键系统之一,升弓控制回路的正常运行对接触网与受电弓的稳定接触具有重要意义。针对受电弓升弓状态异常中电磁阀电压、电流等参量的病态波动问题,将其作为升弓控制回路的核心参量,搭建受电弓控制回路测试平台,分别对列车静态和动态条件下电磁阀电压、电流和受电弓阀板出气口气压进行了实验研究。通过研究不同运行状态下各参量的变化规律,探索导致参量波动的本质原因,并对不同运行条件下弓网接触状态进行分析评估。

Abstract:

The catenary and pantograph system is one of the key systems connecting the traction power supply circuit.The normal operation of the bow-lift control loop is of great significance to the stable transmission of the catenary and pantograph.This paper aims at the pathological fluctuation of solenoid valve voltage,current and other parameters in the abnormal state of pantograph,and uses it as the core parameter of the bow control loop to build a test platform for pantograph control loop.The solenoid valve voltage,current and gas pressure at the outlet of the pantograph valve plate were experimentally studied.By studying the changing rules of various parameters under different operating conditions,the paper explores the essential causes of parameter fluctuations,and analyzes and evaluates the contact status of the bow net under different operating conditions.
