摘要:

随着分布式电源(如光伏、风电)大规模接入配电网,传统配电网由无源辐射状网络转变为有源复杂网络,故障特征发生根本性改变,导致基于过流保护的故障隔离方法易发生越级跳闸,供电可靠性降低。基于拓扑分析,研究新型电力系统配电网故障快速隔离与自愈技术,提出区域保护动态构建、5G通信组网和主站协同控制方案。通过仿真和试点应用验证,区域保护动作时间≤30 ms,单相接地故障隔离准确率≥95%,故障自愈时间从分钟级缩短至秒级,显著提升了配电网韧性和新能源消纳能力。

Abstract:

With the large-scale integration of distributed generators such as photovoltaic and wind power, traditional passive radial distribution networks are transformed into active complex networks,which fundamentally change fault characteristics and causes overcurrent-based protection to suffer from over-reaching tripping,thus reducing power supply reliability. Based on topology analysis and dynamic topology reconfiguration, a rapid self-healing scheme consisting of dynamic regional protection construction, 5G communication networking and master station coordinated control is put forward. The scheme is verified via simulation and field pilot applications.Test indicators show that the operation time of regional protection is ≤30 ms, the isolation accuracy of single-phase ground faults reaches ≥95%,and fault self-healing time is shortened from minutes to seconds. The proposed scheme greatly improves distribution network resilience and renewable energy accommodation capacity.
