高压直流隔离开关的研究

摘要:

随着光伏储能产业快速发展,储能系统逐步向高电压、大容量、大电流方向发展,传统隔离开关难以适配储能工况下的高压大电流运行需求,存在通断性能不足、短时耐受能力薄弱等问题。设计一款高压直流大电流隔离开关,从产品整体结构架构、接通分断特性、短时耐受性能、操作机构设计4个方面开展系统性优化设计,结合仿真计算与试验完成性能验证。测试结果表明,所研制隔离开关可满足储能系统高压、大电流的严苛运行工况,综合性能优良。该产品设计方案可为光伏储能领域大容量隔离开关的设计提供参考思路与技术借鉴。

Abstract:

With the rapid expansion of the photovoltaic energy storage industry, energy storage systems are developing toward high voltage, large capacity and high current. Traditional disconnectors cannot adapt to the high-voltage and high-current operating conditions of energy storage systems, and are plagued by insufficient making-breaking performance and poor short-time withstand capacity. A high-voltage DC high-current disconnector is proposed. Systematic optimization design is conducted from four dimensions: overall product structure, making-breaking characteristics, short-time withstand performance and operating mechanism design. Performance verification is realized through simulation calculation and physical tests. Test results show that the developed disconnector can adapt to the harsh high-voltage and high-current working conditions of energy storage systems and possesses outstanding comprehensive performance. The proposed product design scheme can provide design ideas and technical references for developing large-capacity disconnectors applied to photovoltaic energy storage systems.
