摘要:

提出一种非接触式面阵测温的开关柜温度状态监测方法,设计一套开关柜温度状态监测系统。实验证明,系统测温灵敏度达到0.01 K,可有效区分被测区域中异常发热点。在开关柜的现场实验中,实现隔离开关异常运行状态的有效识别,证明了开关柜面阵测温方式的可行性与先进性。

Abstract:

This paper proposed a non-contact area array temperature measurement method for monitoring the temperature of switchgear,and designed a set of temperature monitoring system for switchgear.The experiments show that the temperature sensitivity of the system reaches 0.01 ℃,which can effectively distinguish abnormal heating points in the measured area.In the field experiment of the switch cabinet,the effective identification of the abnormal operating state of the isolation switch is realized,which proves the feasibility and advanced nature of the surface array temperature measurement method of the switch cabinet.
