新能源汽车用电器低感直流测试技术研究

摘要:

针对以电池作为电源的新能源汽车整车电路电感量低的特点,采用超级电容器模组作为试验可调电源,运用IGBT串联及同步驱动、无感电阻、PLC控制等技术,研制了低感直流测试系统。系统具有最大短路检测能力20 kA/DC 1 500 V,可用于新能源汽车用电器(如直流接触器、熔断器等)在低感(时间常数0.5 ms及以下)条件下的各类测试。同时解决了采用整流形式的直流测试系统因变压器及传输线路长造成固有电感量大,无法满足低感测试需求的问题。

Abstract:

In response to the characteristics of the low overall circuit inductance for the new energy vehicles using batteries as their power source, a low inductance DC testing system is developed using the supercapacitor modules as experimental adjustable power sources, IGBT series connection and synchronous drive, non-inductive resistance, PLC control, and other technologies.The system has a maximum short-circuit detection capacity of 20 kA/DC 1 500 V and can be used for various tests of new energy vehicle electrical appliances (such as DC contactors, fuses, etc.) under low inductance (time constant of 0.5ms and below) conditions.At the same time, the problem of high inherent inductance caused by long transformers and transmission lines in the DC testing system using rectification form, which can not meet the requirements of low inductance testing, has been solved.
