三相四线制三电平APF死区影响及其抑制策略研究

摘要:

为了抑制三相四线制NPC型三电平有源电力滤波器(APF)死区时间的加入所带来的影响,对死区影响产生机理进行了详细的分析,并对不同开关状态、电流方向下死区时间的加入对输出电压的影响进行了详细的分析。最后,提出了死区时间影响抑制策略,并通过实验验证了策略的可行性。

Abstract:

In order to suppress the effects caused by the addition of dead time to the three-phase four-wire NPC-type three-level active power filter (APF),this paper provides a detailed analysis of the dead time effect generation mechanism and the effects of dead time on the output voltage under different switching states and current directions.The dead-time suppression strategy is proposed for the effect brought by the addition of dead-time,and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the method.
