双模式图腾柱无桥PFC电路的研究

摘要:

为减小AC/DC变换器的导通损耗,基于图腾柱无桥Boost电路,提出一种双模式图腾柱无桥功率因数校正(PFC)电路。分析了所提电路的工作原理、工作过程和电路稳态特性,对关键参数进行分析与设计,并通过样机实物研究验证了电路的可行性。最后,设计了1台低压交流输入90~120 Vrms、高压交流输入176~264 Vrms、输出400 V/600 W的双模式图腾柱无桥PFC电路实验样机,验证了电路的可行性以及良好的特性。

Abstract:

In order to reduce conduction loss of the AC-DC converter,a flexible mode totem-pole bridgeless PFC circuit based on totem-pole PFC circuit is proposed.The operating principle,working process and steady state characteristics of the flexible mode PFC circuit are analyzed in detail.Then key parameters are designed and analyzed.A flexible mode totem-pole bridgeless PFC prototype with 90~120 Vrms low input,176~264 Vrms high input and 400 V/600 W output is built and tested.The feasibility and good characteristics of the flexible mode totem-pole bridgeless PFC circuit are verified by the experimental results.
