直流型电压暂降治理装置及其优化控制方法

DC Type Voltage Sag Protector (VSP) and Its Optimized Control Method

摘要:

针对敏感负荷电压暂降治理问题,提出了一种直流型电压暂降治理装置及其优化控制方法。以超级电容为储能单元,双向DC/DC实现电压暂降补偿与超级电容充电,提升了系统效率及功率密度。基于直流母线检测优化控制方法,无需对交流侧进行检测,简化了控制方法,提升了治理响应速度与可靠性。研制了1台200 kW直流型电压暂降治理装置,并在某工厂变频器上实现工程应用,可以在1 ms内完成响应,治理效果显著。

Abstract:

Aimed at the voltage sag compensation of sensitive loads,this paper proposed a DC type voltage sag protector (VSP) and its optimal control method.The super capacitor is used as the energy storage unit,and a bidirectional DC-DC is used to realize voltage sag compensation and super capacitor charging,which improves the efficiency and power density of the VSP.The optimized control method based on DC bus detection proposed in this paper does not need to detect the AC side,which greatly simplifies the control method and further improves the response speed and reliability.The method is applied on a 200 kW VSP prototype which is used on an adjustable speed drive (ASD) of a factory.The operation results show that the control method can response within 1ms,and the effect is obvious.
