考虑全局优化的储能最优就地电压控制策略

Optimal Local Voltage Control Strategy for Energy Storage Considering Global Optimization

摘要:

为解决高渗透率光伏造成的电网电压越限问题,充分发挥光伏无功和储能有功、无功调节电压能力,遵循电压全局优化和局部自治的理念,提出了一种集中-就地控制相结合的两阶段协调电压控制策略。首先在分钟级时间尺度上采用基于机会约束潮流的方法进行全局优化,并采用曲线拟合的方法生成最优储能和光伏的就地电压控制曲线;然后,本地控制器实时监测就地并网点电压,根据最优控制曲线调节功率输出,实现储能和光伏的就地实时控制。从时间尺度上弥补两者不足,以获得最优的电压控制效果。最后,通过算例仿真验证所提出的电压控制策略在缓解电压越限问题和降低网损方面的有效性。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of grid voltage overrun caused by high-permeability photovoltaics,give full play to the ability of photovoltaic reactive power and energy storage reactive power to adjust voltage,follow the concept of global voltage optimization and local autonomy,this paper proposed a combination of centralized and local control the two-stage coordinated voltage control strategy.Firstly,on the minute-level time scale,the global optimization is carried out based on the opportunity-constrained power flow method,and the curve-fitting method is used to generate the in-situ voltage control curve of optimal energy storage and photovoltaic.Then,the local controller monitors the voltage of the local grid connection point in real time,adjusts the power output according to the optimal control curve,and realizes the local real-time control of energy storage and photovoltaic.It can make up for the two deficiencies from the time scale to obtain the best voltage control effect.Finally,a simulation example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed voltage control strategy in alleviating the voltage over-limit problem and reducing the network loss.
