摘要:

静态吸力特性直接关系到电磁铁的运动过程和线圈功耗,是电磁铁以及电磁电器设计的核心内容。设计了螺管式电磁铁静态电磁吸力的测试装置,通过电磁铁动态电流和电磁力的实测数据,分析了两者的对应关系。最后实验研究了磁间隙和线圈电压对电磁吸力的影响。

Abstract:

The static attraction force characteristic is directly related to the motion process and coil power consumption of electromagnets.A novel test device for the static attraction force measurement of solenoids electromagnet is specially designed,and the relationship between the dynamic current of the coil and the electromagnetic force is analyzed.Finally,the effects of magnetic gap and coil voltage on the electromagnetic force are experimentally studied.
