一种低电流纹波电解电源及其控制方法

Low Current Ripple Electrolytic Power Supply and Its Control Method

摘要:

针对电解铜箔行业对低电流纹波电解电源的需求,提出一种低电流纹波电解电源拓扑结构及其控制方法。电解电源由PWM整流器和DC/DC变换器级联而成,其中DC/DC变换器由多个DC/DC变换模块并联而成,每个DC/DC变换模块由半桥高频逆变器和全波不可控整流电路构成;通过控制每个DC/DC变换模块中高频逆变器输出电压错开均等的相位角,使多个DC/DC变换模块输出电压的低频谐波分量相互抵消,从而降低电解电源输出电流纹波。最后,实验结果验证了所提拓扑结构及其控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the demand of low current ripple electrolytic power supply in electrolytic copper foil industry,a topology and control method of low current ripple electrolytic power supply are proposed.The electrolytic power supply is composed of a PWM rectifier and a DC/DC converter in cascade,where the DC/DC converter is composed of a plurality of DC/DC conversion modules in parallel,and each DC/DC conversion module is composed of a half bridge high-frequency inverter and a full wave uncontrollable rectifier circuit.By controlling the output voltage of the high-frequency inverter in each DC/DC conversion module to stagger the equal phase angle,the low-frequency harmonic components of the output voltage of multiple DC/DC conversion modules are mutually offset,so as to reduce the output current ripple of the electrolytic power supply.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed topology and its control method is verified by the experimental results.
