摘要:

鉴于目前剩余电流保护特性试验装置不能完全满足缆上控制与保护装置(IC-CPD)动作特性试验的缺点,提出研究符合IC-CPD剩余电流保护特性试验装置的需要。首先对比分析了目前与剩余电流保护电器相关的标准及试验装置,明确IC-CPD剩余电流保护特性测试存在的差异;然后详细论述了如何进行回路设计;接着研究设计一种数字波形生成及功率放大方案,满足IC-CPD复合波剩余电流动作特性试验。研究设计的IC-CPD剩余电流保护特性试验装置进行了初步验证实验,满足IC-CPD试验要求,弥补了现有试验装置的不足。

Abstract:

In view of the shortcomings that the current residual current protection characteristic test device can’t fully meet the IC-CPD’s residual current protection characteristic test,this paper puts forward the research to meet the needs of IC-CPD’s residual current protection characteristic test device. Firstly,this paper compares and analyzes the current standards and test devices related to residual current protection devices,and makes clear the differences existing in IC-CPD’s residual current protection characteristic test;then it discusses in detail how to carry out circuit-loop design;then it studies and designs a digital waveform generation and power amplification scheme to meet IC-CPD’s composite wave residual current action characteristic test. The IC-CPD’s residual current protection characteristic test device designed in this paper has carried out the preliminary verification experiment,which meets the IC-CPD’s test requirements and makes up for the shortcomings of the existing test device.
