摘要:

储能技术为应对风电接入电网提供了全新的思路,但频繁调用储能电站会造成电池容量衰减、电站运维成本逐年增加的问题。构建了考虑电池容量衰减的风火储联合优化调度模型,综合考虑储能容量衰减、火电启停爬坡、风电弃风、系统支路容量和备用等因素,对模型进行线性化处理并调用CPLEX求解器进行计算,最后用4机14节点系统进行仿真,结果验证了模型对缓解电池容量衰减、火电爬坡不足、风电弃风、线路容量不足的作用,为储能电站的健康可靠运行提供了一种实际可行的调度方案。

Abstract:

Energy storage technology provides a new way to deal with wind power access to the grid,however,frequent use of energy storage power stations will cause the battery capacity decline and the operation costs of power stations increase.This paper proposes a combined optimal scheduling model of wind,fire and energy storage,which considers the battery capacity degradation,thermal power start-up,shutdown and ramp up,wind power abandonment,system branch capacity and system reserve,etc.The model is linearized and calculated by calling CPLEX solver.The simulation results of 4-machine 14 bus system show that the model can alleviate battery capacity attenuation,thermal power climbing shortage,wind power curtailment and line capacity shortage.This paper provides a practical and feasible scheduling scheme for the healthy and reliable operation of energy storage power station.
