摘要:

能源互联网是全球电力系统的必然发展趋势,多元化能源设备的协同调度成为其亟待解决的关键问题。立足于区域能源互联网视角,从用户供电需求出发,探寻了电动汽车和储能电池接入场景下多源协同优化调度方法。选择用户峰谷负荷差为优化目标,利用三段分时电价机制引导电动汽车车主的充放电行为,同时依据负荷变化实时计算储能电池的充放电容量,实现区域内负荷的削峰填谷,保障电网安全有序运行,并基于MATLAB验证了控制策略的可行性。

Abstract:

Energy Internet is the inevitable development trend of the global power system.The coordinated regulation of diversified energy equipments has become a key problem to be solved.Based on the perspective of regional Energy Internet,considering the supply demand of clients,the coordinated regulation strategy between multiple sources was explored,under the access of both electric vehicles and energy storage battery.Firstly,the difference between load peak and valley is taken as the optimization objective.Meanwhile,the time-of-use (TOU) price mechanism is adopted to guide the charging/discharging behavior of electric vehicle owners.The compensation capacity of the energy storage battery is dynamically calculated according to the real-time load change,so as to realize peak cutting and valley filling of the regional load curve,and ensure the safe and orderly operation of the power system.Finally,the feasibility of the regulation strategy is verified based on MATLAB simulation results.
