摘要:

随着多元化源荷大规模地接入配电网,形成了面向能源互联的主动配电网,为了评价主动配电网对多元源荷接入的适应性,提出一种面向区域能源互联的主动配电网承载能力评估方法。首先分析了分布式电源对主动配电网供电能力、电能质量和网损的影响程度;建立了基于18个底层指标的主动配电网承载能力评估指标体系,然后用熵权法计算指标权重;最后,以IEEE 33节点模型为例,计算主动配电网的承载能力,为配电网规划建设和运行控制提供科学的参考意见和建议。

Abstract:

With the massive multi power and load connect to distributed network,an active distribution network for the energy interconnection is formed.In order to evaluate the adaptability of distribution network to multi power and load,an evaluation method for the carrying capacity of active distribution network oriented to the regional energy internet is proposed.Firstly,the level of power supply capacity,power quality and network loss which are caused by the distributed generation connect to active distributed network is analyzed.Secondly,the evaluation index system of the active distribution network carrying capacity based on 18 underlying indicators is established.Then,the entropy weight method is proposed to calculate index weight.Finally,taking the module of IEEE 33,the carrying capacity of active distribution network is calculated,which can provide the scientific reference advice and suggestion for distribution network planning,construction and operation control.
