Design and Simulation of Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge Converter Based on TSK Fuzzy Adaptive PI Control

摘要:

移相全桥DC/DC变换器是直流充电系统的核心装置,针对传统比例积分(PI)控制方案存在动态响应时间长、输出纹波值较大等问题,提出了一种将PI控制与Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK)模糊控制结合的控制方案。在对误差信号进行PI控制的基础上,构建以TSK模糊控制为核心的复合控制策略,在保证系统稳态误差、输出精度的基础上,加快系统的动态响应。搭建变换器仿真系统并制作实物样机,验证了所提算法的有效性;实验结果表明,相较于传统控制方案,所提算法动态响应最大提升66%,纹波系数最大减小40%。

Abstract:

Phase shifted full bridge DC-DC converters are the core device of DC charging system.Aiming at the problems of long dynamic response time and large output ripple in the traditional proportional-integral (PI) control scheme,a control scheme combining a PI control with a Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK)fuzzy control is proposed.Based on the PI control of the error signal,a compound control strategy with TSK fuzzy control as the core is constructed to speed up the dynamic response of the system on the basis of improving the performances of the steady-state error and the accuracy.The simulation model along with the prototype of the converter is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional control scheme,the performances of the dynamic response and the ripple coefficient can be improved by up to 66% and less than 40%,respectively.
