摘要:

2020年是“十四五”规划布局之年,储能产业有望进一步发展。在国家各类政策的指导下,各省市依据其区域特点发布了储能相关政策,在一定程度上加快了储能的商业化进程。梳理并分析了国家层面以及地方在新能源发电、电力辅助服务、5G基建等方面的储能相关政策,分析了储能技术在国家行动计划的政策要点和储能应用领域的发展现状。结合储能的商业化进程,给出相应的建议,对今后储能进一步发展有一定参考价值。

Abstract:

2020 is the year of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and the energy storage industry is expected to develop further.Under the guidance of various national policies,the energy storage-related policies have been issued based on the regional characteristics,which accelerates the commercialization of energy storage to a certain extent.This article combs and analyzes the national and local energy storage-related policies in new energy power generation,power auxiliary services,5G infrastructure,etc.,and analyzes the policy points of energy storage technology in the national action plan and the development status of energy storage applications.Combined with the commercialization process of energy storage,the corresponding suggestions are given,which have certain reference value for the further development of energy storage in the future.
