摘要: 采用支持向量机小样本条件下训练和分类,提出了一种基于支持向量机的交流接触器吸持振动测试方法。首先提取少量振动测试不合格的交流接触器底板处的振动时域信号,然后通过支持向量分类机对样本数据进行学习训练,建立虚拟振动测试分类机。试验结果表明,所提方法对后续接触器样本具有较好的分类识别能力。

Abstract: The support vector machine(SVM) can be used for training and classification in the condition of small samples.This paper presented a detection method of AC contactor holding vibration based on SVM.Firstly,a small number of vibration time domain signals from the base plate of AC contactor which is not qualified for vibration test are extracted,then a virtual vibration test classifier is established by training the sample data and using support vector classifier(SVC).The experimental results show that the method has a good classification and recognition ability for the samples of the follow-up contactor.
