摘要:

针对偏远地区风电场数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)系统通信可靠性不足的问题,提出一种融合4G无线通信与电力载波通信的改进系统及控制方法。通过在风机控制器端部署串联的数据传输单元(DTU)模块与电力载波模块,构建“无线主通信+载波备份”的混合通信网络:DTU模块通过4G网络实现高速数据传输,电力载波模块利用电网线路建立相邻风机间的通信链路。基于信号强度检测与通信连接时长评估,动态切换数据传输方式,确保弱信号或设备故障时数据可靠传输。实验结果表明,所提系统显著提升了SCADA系统的抗干扰能力与通信稳定性,为偏远地区风电场的远程监控与高效管理提供了可靠解决方案。

Abstract:

To addres the issue of insufficient communication reliability in the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems of wind farms in remote areas, an improved system and control method integrating 4G wireless communication and power-line carrier communication is proposed. By deploying series-connected data transfer unit (DTU) modules and power-line carrier modules in the wind turbine controllerend,a hybrid communication network of “wireless primary communication+carrier backup” is constructed. The DTU module realizes high-speed data transmission through the 4G network,while the power-line carrier module establishes communication links between adjacent wind turbines using the power grid lines. Based on the signal strength detection and communication connection duration evaluation, data transmission mode is dynamically switched to ensure reliable data transmission under weak signals or equipment failures. Experimental results show that the system significantly enhances the anti-interference ability and communication stability of the SCADA system,providing a reliable solution for the remote monitoring and efficient management of wind farms in remote areas.
